im not athletic due to my big bazoooongas, i cant run or jog as i feel so irritated plus the fact that i am soooooooooo lazy plus bec of my busy schedule (excuse)
i previously worked at a callcenter and as we all know it is very hard to look and feel normal if u r working at a nightshift although im not a drinker (alcohol) im a smoker and coffee is my best buddy in fact i normally drink 6cups when i work nights-not bec im sleepy but just bec im addicted to it. i started working at night in 2006 and i was at 130lbs-very normal body built. but over the years working i gained so mush i cant stop it-probably bec of the lack of exercise or too much junk and stress, i ended at 210lbs-heaviest and playing between 185-195lbs normally
bec of that i was always on a diet but nothin ever works for me. i tried the cracker diet,low carb diet, protein diet, water diet--none worked, i even gave me gastritis and eventually symptoms of my gallstones arise it was PAINFUL AS HELL, i was in and out of the hosp almost everyday coz of the pain (i dint know i had stones due to medically the symptoms were mixing with my gastritis) and i had to be operated asap
since i had my gall bladder removed April last year-i felt really really different and everything i eat makes me feel like its making my tummy rumble so i needed to run to the toilet asap
maybe it was hereditary,maybe it was bec of my lifestyle,maybe bec of my diet i dont really know why i had stones in may gallbladder. one thing i was sure of-I will eventually get heavier after the operation-ive seen it many times.
so i decided to really loose weight,the stress of loosing weight helped me loose weight (get it?) lol. aside from that i cheated myself, i had to do something to make my body think that im not hungry or simply feel full BUt STILL BE ABLE TO EAT WHAT I WANT heres what i did:
I WILL EAT EQUIVALENT OF 1 FULL MEAL IN MANY PARTS PER DAY PLUS FILLERS
FILLERS:
MASHED POTATO-TO FILL MY STOMACH BECAUSE ITS HEAVY
COFFEE-IN BETWEEN MAKES ME WIDE AWAKE
ENERGY DRINKS-TO REDUCE THE FEELING OF WEAKNESS

MASHED POTATO RECIPE:
MILK-POWDER
BUTTER
SALT N PEPPER
CHILI PEPPER
DEHYDRATED POTATOES/MASHED POTATO MIX ( FOUND IN GROCERIES)

THE MAIN TRICK IS EAT THE TASTIEST FOOD AND ADD SOME SPICE SO THAT U WILL NOT BE CRAVING FOR IT ANYMORE
EXAMPLE: I SAW AN AD FOR KFC CHICKEN-MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
WHAT WILL I DO? IF I DONT EAT IT I WILL START CRAVING FOR IT AND "CRAVING" IS A VERY BAD ENEMY-IF U TRY TO IGNORE IT IT WILL HAUNT YOU
IF U TRY TO EAT ANYTHING ELSE KFC WILL STILL BE IN UR MIND AND EVENTUALLY U WILL DIAL AND ORDER-SO WHAT I DO IS IF I THINK I WANT KFC I WILL GO AND EAT IT ASAP! THEN I GO HOME SATISFIED AND THE NEXT DAY MY MIND SAYS EAT LESS
TO DATE I HAVE LOST 55LBS AN IM AT THE LIGHTEST WEIGHT IN 5YRS AND I WILL CONTINUE MY FILLER DIET HOPEFULLY TILL IAM AT 130LBS
