| Net Wt 0.1 fl oz e 3ml review: awesome liners just perfect for a classic winged liner look it's easy to use even as a beginner and have a very long-lasting shelf life.the applicatoris a thin, pointed felt-tip that softens over time and i find more control on felt tip applicators.it has tiny balls that mix up the liquid inside when you shake it around in case you find the liquid a little goopy after storing them in a while. the application is easy to build but you have to let the first application dry or else it will come off as you put on the second coat.these are not water proof but sets very well and will not budge or flake unless tou wet it with water |
