STRAWBERRY MARSHMALLOW CHEESECAKE RECIPE

Made this cake out of the blue, ive been wanting to make my own strawberry marshmallow  cheesecake as im a fan of it myself. One of my favorite ones is from THE OLD SPAGHETTI HOUSE, its cheep and tasty but who has time to go out just to satisfy a craving-i dont. Last time i went to the grocery store i purchased a whole lot of ingredients and ended up baking it 2 months later-well i mean baking what was left off the ingredients list from the pantry cabinet coz i ate most of the yummy ones as soon as i got home hehehe. Sooooo this was what i came up with after all the 1.5hrs baking and ridiculous 2hrS cooling time and yet another agonizing 2hr freezing time.we couldnt wait till our saliva's hit the floor, and the kitchen is already overcrowded with hungry family members ready to kill for that fucking slice of this damned cheesecake. The wait was finally over and we each took a slice and ran to our own spots, and there was silence in the house for a good 10 minutes and that was d longest 10 minutes in my dessert eating history LOL ,then we went back to the kitchen trying to grab the most slice we can IT WAS SO DELICIOUS !!The part i love the most is the toasted chewy soft melted marshmallows on top it just makes it SO unique. Its a first for me and maybe u'll like to try it too.. recipe at the bottom :) EVEN OUR NEIGHBOR WOULD AGREE
