milani liquid liner looks identical to the packaging of their regular glosses and i had this by accident just because i was collecting the glosses i thought this was a gold colored gloss at first.... toink..... and when i opened it thats the only time i found out about it being a liner. it was great as i have gold liners too but ever had one in this shade of real gold.
the brush is very thin and pointy however ill give it a score of 6/10 because i dint get that true metallic finish it implies on the packaging itself without going back and forth twice with the brush to build up color payoff. well its very rare though that i have bumped into a metallic eyeliner of this type to be as pigmented as it supposed to so this is just a regular quality one.. for its retail value i dont think its should be competing to higher brands anyway.
