I love Prestige's brand generally. these are decent eyeliners however a little hard to find. these ones are special because they are smooth and the mineral shimmers is an extra feature.it was a steal by buying several diff shades at once.great liners such as these do not tug my eyes i dont need to sharpen to get precise point .they have not smudged on my oily eyelids so far. its not water proof but it actually acts like it is, i usually rub my eyes involuntarily but i do not make a mess when i use these. so far these had done more than i paid for-and did i mention how lovely the colors are :)
